Keep Your Customers, my brand new book, is finally being published!

Most authors announce their book by saying Buy Now! Today, I’m sending you the opposite message.

DON’T buy my book.

Here’s the deal. On April 14th, a full two years after I started writing, Keep Your Customers will officially hit the shelves. Two years – that’s a long time. So I want to make sure to give this book the best possible launch (given the unforeseen circumstances of launching during a global pandemic).

I will also take your questions about ways to make sure the customers you have worked so hard to earn stay with you through thick and thin. I’ll share a lot more actionable steps during the launch party.
