I sat down with Rebecca Fleetwood Hession, host of the Badass Women’s Council Podcast. Of course, we talked about customer loyalty, my favorite topic. We also discussed the challenges and opportunities I experienced when I moved to Indianapolis, Indiana in 2017. Starting over in a new city wasn’t easy. I had to make new friends and figure out the local dynamics.
